You can make reservation by our website and our service desks
＊Please make reservation at least one day before departure date
＊Customers come from both foreigners in China and foreigners coming from foreign countries
＊It is possible to travel together with non-Mybus customers. if the passenger's number is less than the minimum
＊It is possible to share the transportation or the meal table together with other customers, depends on the number of passengers

■Payment
We accept both RMB cash and crecit card. Some of our counters can accept cash in RMB only.

2.Rates
＊Kid's rate is based on the price of departure date without any particular situations (kids: 2-12 years old)
＊The rates include Transportation, tour guide, tips, entrance ticket, meals on the itinerary
＊We do not accept the payment on tour. You should pay before departure on service desk to get the bus voucher. And we accept only cash in RMB

3.Attention
＊The tour starts from Soho Center and New Otani Hotel desk.
＊Itinerary duration refers to the duration between the departure time from the departure place and the arrival time arrive on the departure place when the journey is finished
＊The itinerary is fixed. Please make allowance for the changing caused by the weather and transportation.
＊The tour departs everyday except particular declarations.
＊Mybus departs strictly on schedule, please get to the departure place on time. If tourists are late due to their personal reasons, no refund to customers.
＊Tourists should get on the bus with Mybus-Voucher.
＊We arrange different forms of transportation(car,mini bus, coast etc.) depends on the number of tourists.
＊It is possible to change the duration time, departure time, arrival time due to the transportation situation.
＊We provide pick up and drop off paid service between your hotel and the departure place when you need it. Please go to service counter for more details
＊If there is no departure and arrival time on the itinerary, and you join Mybus Tour, we provide free pick up and drop off servicesl.
＊Please make reservation as early as possible, because it is possible to meet the problem of fully reserved.

4.Conditions
Please do understand the change of date or plan of the tour due to the reason of weather.

5.Cancellation conditions
Cancellation due to your personal reasons, please pay the cancellation fees as following
＊Betweeen 17:00 of 2 days prior to departure date and 17:00 of 1 day prior to departure date
Cancellation fees should be 50% of the travel rates
＊After 17:00 of the day prior to departure date
cancellation fees should be 100% of the travel rates
